Welcome to our Fall Session of Wednesday Nights at Bridgewood. (October 7-November 18). We are so glad you are joining us! We have something for all ages!5:30 Dinner (free)6:00 Community time6:15-7:30 ClassesHere are our class options for adults:
Foundations Teacher: Pastor Dave Huizenga
Are you looking for a foundational look at what the Bible says about what Christianity is? This course will look at key elements of what it means to be a Christian and give direction about what everyday life of a Christian can look like. Our hope is that everyone at Bridgewood will have a sure foundation in their walk with Jesus Christ.
Ghosting Reality Teacher: Sharon Elander
Today many people ghost or deny reality. Denying reality, however, won't change the fact that if you wear a swimsuit outside on a sub-zero day in January your body will freeze! During our classtime we will discuss topics on the reality of Christianity and how to help those who are ghosting God’s reality. We will equip you to feel confident speaking to others on why the Bible is true, how to answer questions related to the problem of evil, and why Christianity is the only way to God. We will also address current cultural issues such as the rise of socialism, antisemitism, and a culture of victimhood.
Sharon holds a Master’s degree in Apologetics and has a passion to bring Jesus into a culture disconnected from God.
