Women’s Class: “Flourish!”  Teacher: Rachelle Crawford

Does the idea of personally flourishing feel distant—or even impossible—right now? Maybe you feel disheartened by life’s disappointments, trapped by past wounds, or overwhelmed by the pressures of living in a broken world. Though life may feel heavy and hope distant, God’s desire has always been for His people to flourish. In this class, we will discover how He brings healing, renewal, and restoration to the heart. Together we will explore how a loving relationship with Jesus Christ—the One who gives beauty for ashes (Isaiah 61:1–3)—forms the foundation for a flourishing life. Throughout this class, we will learn how to recognize trauma, understand its mental, emotional, and physical impact, and discover Holy Spirit led pathways to healing and restoration. Grounded in Romans 12:1–2, this journey will lead to genuine transformation equipping us to walk in the freedom and wholeness God intends, stepping into the abundant life Jesus promises (John 10:10). This class is for all who want to flourish!

Men’s Class: "Disciplines of a Godly Man" book study/discussion led by Ray Mellema

This book is a passionate plea for men to embrace a disciplined life of intentional discipleship, grounded in sound Biblical theology. There are four sections in the book: relationships, soul, character, and ministry. Each session will cover a chapter of the book followed by questions and discussion as well as additional scripture readings. Cost is $10 for the book. You may get your book in the concourse.

Mixed Class: Foundations  Teacher: Pastor Dave Huizenga

Are you looking for a foundational look at what the Bible says about what Christianity is? This course will look at key elements of what it means to be a Christian and give direction about what everyday life of a Christian can look like. Our hope is that everyone at Bridgewood will have a sure foundation in their walk with Jesus Christ.
