Women’s Bible Study: “From Beginning to Forever: A Study of the Grand Narrative of Scripture” by Elizabeth Woodson (video and discussion groups)

Do you wish you felt more confident in the Bible? Would you like to better understand its structure, themes, and cohesive message? You aren’t alone! Too often we have a fragmented under-standing of parts of the Bible or only are familiar with a book or two. In this 8 session study, Elizabeth Woodson explains how all sixty-six books of the Bible combine to form one unified narrative.  We will see how the rich theological truths found in Genesis through Revelation show us the eternal significance of what God is doing in the world and how He invites us to be a part of it. This class will consist of video teaching time and small group discussion. $20

Men’s Book Study: “Fathered by God: the Masculine Journey” by John Eldredge

In the Fathered by God Video Series, John Eldredge presents the six stages a man goes through as he matures in life and faith, sharing insights and teaching on how each stage can be encouraged and supported by those around him. Through video and discussion time, together we will forge companionship with God the Father while undergoing a transformation, releasing the fullness of life and the passion God designed each of us to live. $10

Are you looking for a foundational look at what the Bible says about what Christianity is? This course will look at key elements of what it means to be a Christian and give direction about what everyday life of a Christian can look like. Our hope is that everyone at Bridgewood will have a sure foundation in their walk with Jesus Christ. 

Bridgewood Hospital: A Healing Group for ANYONE Struggling with ANYTHING Facilitator: Christina Miner

The healing ministry of Jesus Christ was open to all, and so is this free counseling and prayer group! Come, no matter what is on your plate, and stop struggling alone. Do you have an aging parent? Come to group. Relationship crisis? Come to group. Addiction issues? Come. Depression? Come. Grief? Come. During the course of this 8-week group, you will have the opportunity to share what is going on in your life with others in a confidential setting, receive the support that Jesus designed for His body to have,  learn to listen to the words that Jesus wants to speak directly into your healing, and participate in praying for others who need healing! Come with pain and leave with peace. *Please note that space is limited for this group, and advance registration/ signup is needed.  "The Lord is near. Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus."  (Phil 4: 5-7)
