We are thrilled that you are enrolling your child(ren) in the Bridgewood Homeschool Co-op for the 2026-27 academic year! We are committed to providing a Christ-centered, academically enriching, and supportive learning community. Our goal is to partner with families in fostering a love for learning while upholding our core values: being grounded in God's Word, yielded to the Holy Spirit, saturated in prayer, and advancing God's Kingdom.

Please fill out the information below, read and agree to our Bridgewood Homeschool Co-op Parent Packet and pay your $85 registration fee.  
*Note: Children must be 4 years old by January 1, 2027 to participate in the preschool program.

Participation in the homeschool co-op involves group activities, classroom instruction, physical movement, outdoor play, and other activities that carry a risk of injury. By registering, families acknowledge these risks.

I understand that participation in co-op activities is voluntary and that I am responsible for my child(ren)’s behavior, medical needs, and supervision outside of scheduled class times.

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the homeschool co-op leadership, volunteers, teachers, hosting facility, and any affiliated organizations from any liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur while participating in co-op activities, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I confirm that my child(ren) are physically able to participate in co-op activities and that I have disclosed any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs that leadership should be aware of.

I understand that I am responsible for maintaining appropriate medical insurance coverage for my family.
